Hasn't been working in weeks and there doesn't seem to be any updates or apparent work to fix the problem so when will refunds be available?

..so is there any way to activate my copy on Steam? I tried just entering the key but it said it was invalid :(

I just bought and installed 3dmark 11 on my pc running win8 (64bit) but seems like it doesn't work because when i try to run every kind of test, it gives me this message! I also tried to download the free version from the official website but it still doesn't work!...

i have fraps running because ... why not i wanna see my fps in the demos ... anyways i cant even load it up i waited 5 min after clicking run and it was just a black screen and nothing no audio or any sign it was even working .... my specs GTX 980ti (referance cooler) stock clocks Intel i5 4590k quad core @ 3.3 ghz (no over clock) 32 gb DDR3 ram @ 1333 mhz 900 watt PSU Windows 8.1 64bit it worked here before .... and now i dont even know whats going on there is no error noise or anything to tellme w...
