legendary (season passes) worth it?

it says it includes 24 hotwheels and 2 environments per pass. so 48 hot wheels and 4 environments. anyways, besides 48 extra hotwheels, idk what 'environment' means here. some tracks? a background for custom tracks?

anyway, is the pass worth it? game is 10$ right now and it would make it almost double for the passes included. is it that much content that's good or should i just stick with the base game? how many cars are in the base game? i'm thinking unless these season passes come with a lot of extra content, i should probably just get the base game, right?

For the price, it is a good idea to get the Legendary version.

More cars, more theme worlds/race events. Like in the first game, you want the DLC's.

Environment means a big theme map, and they do different race tracks and modes on it. I didnt count it, a DLC has around 20+ races events on the world map.

U2 is better than U1, for me. U2 has car double jump and dash, the track design has more flow than U1. After completing the main campagne you get more events, that was a surprise for me. DLC's have that too.

But i also like U1 + DLC's. The time trails on level 2, some are hard (two different time goals) and for some you need shortcuts.
