To anyone experiencing problems with the game saying its running but not launching. Try this. Go to Manage>Browse Local Files>open the 1KB Hotwheels2.ini configuration file>change any 0s you see to 1s then try launching. This is what i did to get is to finally launch and launch normally without anything special
