So im playing the game right now and it automatically changes brightness for me depending where i look. Sometimes the floor is way darker when i look up and then its bright again when i look down, i can share a video if needed.
It could be a monitor limitation to prevent over burning since the sky is so bright, similar how OLED HDR behaves but i didnt enable HDR.

Also i played many RE games before on PS4 TV and this PC monitor and this is the only game so far that messes up with my eyes a little bit, something is definitely off
