I'm using nvidia all default setting. I downloaded bunch of mods pre-SW release with no issue. This issue began to pop out after i installed bunch of mods after SW release. So i thought that was causing the problem, but after i uninstalled all of them the problem is still exist. I already re-download this game 3 times, clean files with no mods but the bug is still there.
You may have leftover mod files.
Also: Don't use nvidia's settings. Just, avoid anything from geforce experience entirely. Let the game auto detect. It's better at it than nvidia's godawful software.
I search a solution of how to clean a steam game files. So i need to deleted all of my RE4 game files except with a .pak on it's name to remove all of possible leftover mod files, and then verify integrity files through game properties. It re-download the missing files with a size about 9 gigs.
I already tested open the game 3 times to make sure and the texture bugs are gone. TYSM.
It's a pretty common issue with mods on steam as nothing really explains that uninstalling doesn't remove the folder its self so that gets left behind.
