How do I get S+ rank?

I heard that the s+ rank is achieved in a game but it doesn't matter if I use an infinite weapon? And how do I remove the cat ears that give me infinite weapons?

IIRC for S+ you need under a certain time & less than 15 saves. For Pro S+ I believe it’s 5 hours or less & 15 saves max.

It's not an in-game accessory like it was in re2 in extra mode

You actually need to beat Professional on S+ to get Cat Ears lol

You can only get S+ in a brand new game, not a Newgame Plus. 5.30 hours and max 15 saves.

What you can do is, if you have a golden ticket, you can get the handcannons exclusive infinite ammo upgrade the first time you meet merchant or the Chicago Sweeper if you already beat the game with an A rank.

It doesn't matter if I play with infinite ammo in pro mode since I heard that if you don't get through it without infinite ammo you won't be able to get the Cat Ears?

For Pro difficulty you have to finish the game in under 5h30, with 15 saves maximum. Use anything available to you including costumes, special weapons, and accessories, but it must be a fresh new game.

You can use infinite ammo if you're able to unlock it during your run. The general strategy is to play through the village making sure to do all the merchant requests. Once you get to the castle you use your saved up spinels to buy a ticket to give either the chicago sweeper, or handcannon infinite ammo.

Alternatively you can buy a golden ticket from the Steam store and unlock infinite ammo at the first merchant.
