Can you delete items in this game ? I want to remove some small shelves / racks and replace them with larger ones.

So my laptop crashed whilst running the game, however that wasn't the issue. The issue is now whenever i try to log into the game even after uninstalling and re installing, restarting my laptop. ect. It says 'Error: this is not the save data created by the current account.' then regardless of what or where i press it logs me out of the game. I cant get back in to play anything. ...
