To be frank I do not know what "Time for 3!" means. I hope it is a nice thing because; I could not find it on idioms dictionary or google.
Nice is relative. It wasn't for me, but maybe one day with mods.
Every man has to know when it's time to get off the bus. I'm glad for the people who pay into hobbies they like. Paradox does deserve their money. But I know what I like and I won't be paying them anymore for a long time.
@Langkard You do not have to own all DLCs. Just try subscription. If you check my profile you can see I do not have all of the DLCs but got all achievements nevertheless. Sometimes I miss Sons of Abraham DLC, though.

I do own all of the DLC. I just refuse to play with some of them enabled because I didn't like them, such as Conclave.
