Where is the manual?
The link on Steam just leads to the Steam store, and the link on the developer's forum just leads to their store page for the game.

There are a lot of weaknesses in that manual, things you would 'think' one should mention. Like are resources shared between cities? Will a plains city surrounded by farms serve to feed a mountain city that has none?

It is surprising no one has written a basic play guide or tips.

There is a pdf manual in your steam folder, just browse local files for the game and it is here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warlock - Master of the Arcane

I halfway wrote a steam guide but this game is so broken in the player's favor that I just felt redundant fillings things out
