Mod for bigger maps?

Hi, Is there a mod for bigger maps? Should be fun to have all races and also have big civilizations. I'm now playing on the biggerst mapsize but the Altarians only have 3 planets and I have most of the map explored and colonized (I have 20 planets or so)....

Rather dated 4x game that is just alright, but considering how many better games there are in the genre I'd rather recommend against playing it unless you already played everything else similar and need some variety.

Mouse spazzing out glitch

I got this working on linux, with res set to match monitor so that it will start, and seems to run fine until randomly the mouse cursor glitches out and I'm forced to just quit. Sometimes setting up gaem, sometimes already playing, it will randomly spazz and I have zero use of it. Any ideas? Edit- I enabled hardware mouse and so far haven't had it spazz out but too soon to say for sure....

What is a propaganda machine wonder?

I've looked this up before and found something, but I can't find it this time. The Korath just built it and was wondering if it affects my efforts to flip all his planet using culture. All I could find was an old change log here on steam by the devs that changed it from a building to a wonder. On the Fandom wiki it mentions a propaganda center that adds 10% loyalty, is this what they turned into a wonder? If that's all it does then it's not such a big deal, just adds a bit of wait time.
