About the NSFW patches (Regarding all your games)
Why don't you add them as free DLC on Steam? You know Steam allows this stuff these days, right?

I suppose the reason is that if they do this, their games will be tagged as "Sexual content", "Adult" or any other tag that could lower their visibility.
