oculus / clock puzzle not working

I set it perfectly but it won't advance. Otherwise a great game! Really fun n cozy so far

I thought I had the answer but it wasn't quite right. I just moved each hand slightly and got there pretty quickly. You are probably almost there.

There are other elements to set than the clock hands.
