How to fix your game if it crashes after you load a save

You have to open task manager and right click AC: Revalations -> Go to details -> Set affinity -> Disable all CPUs except CPU 0 (you have to do this before you load the save and play the whole mission with this setting even if the game lags) then you can re-enable all CPUs

Can you tell us what Windows version and CPU you have? It may be related to one of these components.

Windows 10 x64, AMD Ryzen 5 5600X

Windows 10 should be an issue here.
The 6 core, 12 thread CPU may be to blame.
Perhaps it's due to AMD multithreading. Have you ever tried with it disabled in BIOS?
