|FIXED| - Horrible Screen Stuttering - HELP!!!
Please help! I played AC: Revelations' story completely fine, but these past few months the screen has been stuttering/shaking so bad I can't play the game. When I actually begin to control Ezio, then he doesn't go where I want him to go and the screen keeps stuttering. It seems some other users are experiencing the same problem.

I've tried everything LachstarPlays tried in his discussion, called "Extreme Glitching". I've verified the game files, I've tried different in-game settings, I've deleted the systemdetection.dll file in the local files for the game.

I even tried to do what was suggested on the Ubisoft forums:

It's hopeless! :steamsad:

I would appreciate if anyone had a method to fix this. Maybe this is affecting all AC: Revelations Steam users and Ubisoft (or Steam) needs to apply a fix?

I fixed the problem by deleting the systemdetection.dll file in game´s directory

I haven't fixed it yet - I still have no idea how to fix this problem! I'm thinking it's a glitch that maybe Ubisoft needs to fix?

I have the same problems, ubisoft suggest to downgrade the graphic drivers. -.-

Thanks to everyone who responded! I have managed to find a fix!!!
Go to the local files for the game and delete the file called systemdetection.dll
Everything works fine after that!

Just remember to not validate the game's files after deleting systemdetection.dll, because then it will reacquire that file again.

Just checked another Steam discussion thread on the same problem and Ubisoft Support actually answered there, saying that another fix that should work is to disable any video capturing software running at the time. Do you have any software like that that is open when you try to play the game? Try disabling it or closing it.

Please tell me if this works or not.
