Therefore it must be just another bloatware update for Ubi$oft Con[ubisoftconnect.com] (pun clearly intended). I simply loath this lack of communicational information but, quite sadly, it has become the staple 'standard' of Ubi$oft regarding their customers. Ergo, they simply aren't giving a rat's @r5e about our needs and inputs towards improving their services.
it's weird because assassin creed title's, like ac 1, 2, brotherhood, revelations got this update. but others not.

Heck... I've been posting upon several different Steam's Assassin's Creed (AC's) forums sections apart the ones you've mentioned about this exact same thing and coupling that with the fact that not only AC's games received this so called 'update', I'm pretty much inclined to say it's just another batch of adverts / bloatware updating for their Ubi$oft Connect application.
