So, my power went out and my pc shut down and when it came back and I booted the game my save is not there anymore

I ♥♥♥♥♥ despise this game, I had a problem with cloud saves for the same reason, power went out and after that I could no longer sync the save, so I disabled cloud saves in the ubisoft launcher and then it saved but now today this happened and now I once again no longer have a save,

i collected almost all the tresure chests on the map, liberated all the map, recruited all the assassins, had them all at 10+ with some of the master quests finished, purchased all the shops and 100% all the quests up to where I was, HOURS of progress lost,

can I get it back in any way or am I ♥♥♥♥?
