I've had this error for a while, I haven't moved any files and that's why I can't start the game without my game being saved. ///He tenido este error por un tiempo, no he movido ningún archivo y es por eso que no puedo iniciar el juego sin que mi juego esté guardado.

Ubi$oft stopped supporting Assassin's Creed: Revelations (AC:R) for quite some time now[www.ubisoft.com]. (Even if they're still selling it.)

Therefore I urge you to start making your saves back-ups from this location: "...\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\[Personal Account Gibberish ID]\40\...". And this is the link that will explain whole my logic behind my previous pointing out into that number[github.com].
