So I have this visual bug after getting 100% notoriety, a witness I was ahead of was spotting me and a summoned assassin's murked him. But now his awareness icon isn't disappearing and sometimes goes on top of another who has his own indicator lap over it while spotting me.
Update: Found the fix I did a mission and it took the icon off.
