Game keeps crashing. Saw one post that said to troubleshoot compatibility, but unfortunately the .exe does not register when I do it. I tried disabling cloud sync, and that worked for 3 games, then it happened again.

Lowered the video quality to "low", but my computer is able to handle much bigger games. It doesn't seem reasonable that it's a computer capacity problem, but something else. What solutions have worked, because I know I am not the only one.
