Game doesn't launch on windows 11

OMD 1 and OMD 3 work fine but 2 doesn't launch. Tried reinstalling and running in compatibility mode. No error appears, steam says it's running but no game window present

cant find a way forward

I have the same problem, but the pirated version works. And if I create another Steam and share the game library with the new account, it also works, using the same PC
