They're amazing.
4K under 30'/40' it's useless.
However, I used to use a 27" 1080p monitor, and I regularly wished for a higher resolution at the same screen size.
Also it's important to have 120hz+ and VRR (Gsync or Freesync).
A 27' 4k it's a waste of money.
I agree that if you're sticking with standard widescreen then you should choose 1080p over 1440p.
Quite possible.
But given their last note in their first post...seems they don't understand that a 1440P monitor at 32" is the same PPI as a 24" at 1080p and only slightly better than a 1080p @ 27", and that just because the screensize is bigger doesn't make a crisper image.
Or they don't understand that resolution is a fixed total number of pixels, regardless of how big the panel is (which I suppose is just another way to put PPI in perspective for those that don't know or understand that)
