As drksmr also mentioned Mage Wars Arena is good. It's card based, but very comparable to a turn based tactics computer game. Also check out Summoner Wars.
i cant describe/discuss the generally depth of MTG - its to immensely - there exists thousands of cards, and also lots of different game mechanics, strategics , combinations and so on.
for me - in a way Pox somehow comes close to MTG a bit, i would say for a pc game really not a bad job
there are existing several digital versions of the MTG , where you can buy and collect the same cards too to play MTG online, but over the years so many versions have piled up that I cannot make a recommendation of which one is good one , because I was not willing to spend again money on digital versions of cards which i already own as a real physical card..
but in many of the digital games you can spend lots of money too :D
