If you have played the game less than 2 hours and haven't passed 2 weeks since you bought the game, you can ask for a refund using steam support. Look for steam support in the steam app, then select the game you want to refund. Then follow the steps in the screen. =)

I played for two hours and had the game longer than two weeks. I just recently downloaded it on my computer to play.

How can anyone refund a game within 2 hours, it takes 10 minutes to know if it is good, and if the game is large, it is gonna take more than 2 hours to download. there should be a 12 hour period

2h of PLAYED game (well launched, dont try to say it was runing without you to play... It wont work) ... 2 week after you buy MAX.
Same for "I realised It was the wrong game" after 15h played... To easy, no one would actually pay games like "Vanishing of Ethan Carter" or other short solo game

Example:
Bought it today and played 2h30: go heart yourself

Bought it during summer sales 2013 and played 5 minutes: go heart yourself

Bought it 10 days ago and played 1h30: you re fine, refund should be accepted
