My friend keeps infiniting loading in Oryx's Kitchen.

We've tried:
* Reinstalling
*Trying both the web launcher and the steam launcher
*Two different accounts
*Doing it multiple times on different servers

This more often than not leads to account in use and 15 minutes of waiting
