Where is the "The Rightful Place" Achievement?

I've seen people saying they've gotten it, but no one saying how - I thought it would have been the boulder with the vase-duck given the reference, but I haven't been able to get it to pop yet. Any ideas?

I heard through the grapevine (i.e. the Discord server) that you get this particular achievement by waiting on the stone and marble ducks from the base game to spawn, then waiting some more until they are automatically placed in a display case.
