I haven't had that exact issue but had a similar issue in the wind section (ch 5) that seems to be something wrong with the wind physics. The longer you're playing that section, the lower the frame rate becomes until it ultimately becomes unplayable (that was my experience on PC, at least). A reload fixed the problem but, obviously, the checkpoint system makes that problematic. I ended up just trying to do the wind section as fast as I could.

In that case it strikes me it's either a memory leak or some kind of runaway calculation regarding the wind that just keeps adding to itself once it's started. Perhaps the glitch is occurring in other ways for you in ch 4.

I also had this FPS-slowdown in Ch.5

Level 5 got some real bad frame drops. Even on a 4090 it drops to 30 and below some places.
