Ch 9 campfire scene

So everyone's hanging around the campfire with drinks and then SPOILER ALERT an orc lady shows up and makes her random offer and then we all decide to hit the hay. Is this the only way this scene goes? It seemed like it might be going somewhere intriguing in the vein of the group hangout for the birthday party at the lake.

Understood. I was thinking more of the group having a frisky evening by the fire, and it seemed like the orc showed up just in time to keep that from happening. But of course, plenty of other stuff happens in the chapter.

While I get not wanting relations with her, I felt the MC would STILL bring her in the fold. You're going to war with a demigoddess. Having a orc warrior to buff out your party sounds like a REALLY good idea. But I understand that would be a lot of added work from a technical standpoint. But still, in fairness a bit of a logical breakdown considering the story as a whole that no one suggested keep her around for added protection.

I too would have brought her into the fold; as you said your going up against who knows what? Just think of what she would have been like in the end fighting all the bad guys.
