there are 2 cutscenes that you might have seen when you first opened the game on a new update or your first time but here are some messages from the cutscenes

c2 might refer to the drill under the company building
c1 might be about how maybe the company monster attacked our family so were leaving or smth, but smth happened and we decided t never come back

If you're talking about the cutscenes, they only play once, when you open the title screen for the first time, and the actual cutscene played depends on the version you're using (i think v50 had a cutscene, and then v60 had another one)

But a fence, fences block people out, like a wall, the walls of the company building, and the drill under the building makes the hole in the fence

But a fence, fences block people out, like a wall, the walls of the company building, and the drill under the building makes the hole in the fence
Basically, the fence could represent the wall of the company building, and the “hole” is coming soon (via drill)
