Added map zoom functionality. You can zoom in and out of the map using the mouse wheel and adjust the position by using the left and right mouse buttons.
Added third-person ALT view rotation. In third-person view, you can hold ALT to rotate the view. When you release ALT, the view will reset.
Added offline message processing for territory desk requests. Messages received while offline can now be processed when logging back in, no need for both players to be online at the same time.
Added fixed tire spawn points in areas such as farms, military bases, and factories, making it easier for players to acquire armored and off-road tires.
Added more loot varieties from killing zombies and bandits.
