If you can explain the lodge one I might be able to help there, otherwise you should be able to get trophies they perhaps are just on backlog and need something to get them all popping. I had the same thing happen back when I loaded an already 100% file that existed before the Trophy system existed.

If that doesn't work, try loading a new file and see if you can gain a trophy, if yes you might just be glitched on that one file, if no still you might need to verify the integrity of the file or redownload possibly.

I meant that I defeated the lodge boss but didn't notice that I didn't get the lodge cleared trophy until later, when I tried to get another trophy, which is when I noticed that I didn't get either of them. I can get trophies in a new save so it may be that they're in a backlog as you said, I'll try redownloading and then continuing with my original save. Thanks for the suggestion.
