IN HEAT: Lustful Nights

I don't understand the "fired" game over from second set of tape.
please help, I keep getting losses after losses for seemingly no reason, can someone tell me how I avoid that please?

Also some light whinings because I got skill issue:
That green furry and tigress keep tactically blocking me from using doors at worst possible time.
Chronometer in hands, I saw the left door of the hallway open, 4 seconds later I'm done for; balanced when all girls can come down onto you at once because ♥♥♥♥ me I guess... (pun intended)

It is explained in the first night. On top of the girls, there are 3 building malfunctions to look out for, and a light in your office that lets you know if there is an issue. Green means no problems, yellow means there is 1 problem, red means 2 problems, purple means "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ drop everything to fix the building or you are fired".

In the room with the pipes (next to your office), there is a valve that occasionally gets unscrewed (you will notice it making a continuous audio cue while emitting pink smoke if it's broken), and you have to interact with the valve (or hold R) to fix it.

In multiple rooms, the cleaning robot will occasionally tip over. You should see the flashing red light on it. Tap it to fix it, or simply hold R.

In the room where Sammy starts, there is an odd looking Breaker Box that occasionally has an issue. In your office, there are 3 colored sticky notes. Interact with the breaker box and press the buttons in the right to left order of the sticky notes, or hold R.

just fyi, the green one cant get you killed unless you dont close the door when they leave, if their movement opportunity comes around when she is holding the door they will move to attacking phase 1 (where they sit at the door then go to the window) or will just ♥♥♥♥ off somewhere else in the building

That's not how Ari works AT ALL, she's just a sanity check when she checks up on you so as long as you don't have low sanity you'll never be bothered by her and she basically acts like a shield for the right door as she straight up prevents anyone on that side from attacking you to the point of even knocking them off the window if that timer expired when she showed up.
