Atelier series is the closest one to this that I can remember. You have exploration part where you find resources from resource spawn spots or farm enemies. Then you have crafting part which is different in each game of the series where you do some puzzles to craft items. It's easy to craft simple items, but much harder if you need an item with certain traits and higher quality. Some new maps become available when you get new tools, like a bomb for blowing up rocks which are blocking your way.

Atelier series is such a good game too.
I like to try and solo the games with no party members, it is hard yet fun.
(The game is not made to do that) xD

ngl you are correct, but people love annoying kids sometimes, especially she only appear on screen, it will be different on real life

I was not expecting to like this game as much as I did. Was a real diamond in the rough.

atieler is the closest, but you can always play the mobile games this and Witch Spring 3R is a remake of. They are very good games, third is the sloppiest one but is also the one that got a remake first becuase of this (probably), My personal favorites are Witch Spring 2 and 4. They are very solid games in general

Not very far into this but it puts me in mind of Harvestella. Its in a similar space and like this game I also enjoyed it far more than I expected too.
