fighting sequences feels like 60fps, but the rest of the game does not

I'm playing on 165hz monitor. Cutscenes, inside bunny train and everything else feels nice and smooth, but the animations while fighting are locked to like 60fps and my fps are still 165fps.

sorry if this is old but i found a solution for this. i had this problem too and i did two things. updated my graphics driver, and i disabled the limited fps i had set globally. it used to be locked to 144 fps but i put it to 350, i assume any high number should work. you should also try turning vsync off

Yeah I've refunded the game cuz of this. I've tried it like you said back then but nothing worked.
