I'm going to expect this game to be unfinished and unoptimized, and for the developers to be cheered for caring so much about the game after release and delivering bug fixes, and listening so much to the community. And the community will tolerate it and defend it.

There is hardly a game today that appears finished. Instead, White Knights form their holy round table and defend the developers for trying so hard AFTER release.

Their last game Stray apparently did well. So there’s a better chance of this game being decent.
