Is there anything time sensitive when it comes to quests etc?
Since there's a time clock etc I wanted to know if there's anything time sensitive related to the quests (I know certain characters appear at different times so far). I am just in chapter 2, but should I rush towards the main quest? or can I take my time to farm stamps and get upgrades, frogs, etc?

There is some dialog with Bulcaniro where you need to wait for a loop to pass before talking to him about the next thing.

Ha-san asks for different ego recovery items which are chapter specific for 2-6.

Not time based but related to progression, Tsuru asks for different frogs that are dependent on your level of engine tuning and can be missed if upgraded without talking to her.

Without saying too much you should know about Chapter 7 and the Female Machine achievements.

In general nothing expires because you took too long, but you can miss things by being too hasty.
