There are 10 fishing spots. The only time I'm certain that a fishing spot doesn't have a characteristic is if I get the message that I didn't catch anything. If I succeed at catching certain types of frogs I conclude the fishing spot has the required characteristic, but other times I catch other frogs while trying to get one result or the other.

I have only been able to get Inane from Dead Track, opposite of bulletin board.
I have only been able to get Wang Shui from Guattari's Cabin.

I have not been able to catch Red Eye to indicate that any area has Fresh Sewage.
