Not sure what you mean. What notes are located near bulletin boards?

There are 6 bulletin boards.
-Opposite from Sieryu Apartments
-Hidden at front of Fu*uju Apartments
-In front of elevator from Laboratory
-Back door to Milky Fuel Station No.1
-Entrance to New World
-Dead Track

There's a hidden bulletin board that you get the sheep score from. Which is needed to get into the laboratory. But this was the 3rd score I got. To find the hidden bulletin board I think you need to talk to Han, Torlop, and Tsuru.
