Where can i find Codes and where is the Discordlink?

There's 4 events with cheaper minions and artifacts that swtiches around little now and then. Is there events that reduces the cost of "Exclusive Minions" and "Epic Artifacts" too? I have yet to see one. But basically can they show up or am I better off buying them as soon as I can afford them?...

Says I need to use a portal for 'portal master' but not sure where you find portals. What level does that unlock?
