Hi guys, any written guides out there to what works best for training and strategy as a beginner?

So, I recruited a 14 Y/O and during the season goals screen, the kid wants to play on the Mens tour. I have no option to say "not a priority". Why not? The guy is 14 ffs. Small details make all the difference because now after 1 season he wants to leave because he got no wild cards at rank 130 on the Junior tour. Nice one....
