I really liked this game, but ran into an issue with the mouse.
Sharing my issue and fix if it'll help someone else.

TLDR version: mouse clicks won't proceed in the dialogs. To fix, set AntiAliasing to 0x and Resolution to 1280x800.

Long version:
I reached a point (chapt 3 or 4) where you walk up to someone and they start talking. I couldn't get past the first dialog. I would click my mouse and the cursor would change from a hollow diamond to a solid diamond so I could see that the game was sensing my mouse clicks. But it would not progress to the next screen in the dialog.

The only was out was to kill the game (press the Windows key to get to the desktop and terminate the game). Restarting it picked up right at the same point and the same issue happened.

Killed the game again. Thought I'd delete my save games to get the game to start from the beginning. Found I needed to delete a folder and a reg key to get the game to start from the beginning.
Folder: "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Ustwo games"
Reg key: HKCU\Software\ustwo games

But even tho I did that and got the game to start from the beginning, it still did the same mouse glitch on the first dialog...mouse clicks changed the cursor but would not proceed in the dialog.

Tried something else. Deleted the folder and reg key to start from the beginning again. This time I went into the Settings and set the AntiAliasing to 0x and set the Resolution to something much lower. I don't recall what the Resolution was originally, but I set it to 1280x800.

This time the mouse clicks on the dialogs responded properly.

Finished the game and when the Developers screen was displayed, the issue occurred again. Not sure if it was intended to keep you on the Developers screen or the glitch occurred again, but I didn't mind at this point cause I finished the game.
