Unable to play RCG 2
First , I am using a Steam deck to clarify what platform im using. Went to play RCG 2 today, and it kept bouncing me back to the games page on SteamOS. I tried turning off Steam tools for running games. Nothing. i verified the files, nothing. I took it off the betabranchopen and still, nothing. When i tried to bring the data over from one drive to another it waited till it got 100% done then said there is an error with syncing the game to Steamcloud. Restarted PC, was able to move the game to another SSD from internal SD. then i see the on the page the sync text try and fail to sync and then i hit the PLAY button, which informs me that RCG 2 is not syncing with the cloud and that i could continue but at the risk of possible data deletion. Better not. i have 100 hours into this and i will not go through another Hades Fiasko! so, now i post this hoping that someone else is having the same issue.

Well, I am running RCG 2 on Steam Deck without any problems.

Do you know how to submit a troubleshooting ticket with WayForward?

I do not. I have not attempted to do so as of yet but it looks like contacting them might be my only option. It's so strange though as i had not played the game since Nov. 5th and as far as i could tell, the game worked fine. Though, I have to admit in the past couple months it would crash at the now loading screen (with Kyoko and Misako punching each other) some times. I attributed that to my Steamdeck's faulty PSU.

Already done as of this past Saturday. I have not heard back from them yet, but as of yet RCG 2 will download shader's but still refuse to sync to cloud. This sounds like my cloud data became corrupt. How I do not know as i had not played Since Nov. 5 and everything was fine until i went to play it on the 20th.
Every time my Steamdeck starts the first thing, when Steam OS or desktop load up i see the notification bubble pop up in the corner saying Cloud Sync Error. I have gone and looked at things in the RGC 2 folder and i also wonder if because my steam runtime 1.0 (scout) is corrupt and that thing is necessary to run some games now since a recent update to Steam deck. I think it has to do with Unity but i could be wrong. Ill just have to wait to hear back. Its funny this happens before the DLC content on PC comes out and not before so im not ruling out there's a connection somewhere.
