This game puts in its own rules that are NOT consistent with the board game.

E.G, you are about to enter the isolation room on your turn and an intruder from a neighboring room comes walking in denying you access to the escape (as I had a successful noise roll).

The physical version is a luck fest... MAJOR luck fest, but this throws in unbalanced and unfair rules that offer no explanation anywhere that this kind of stuff is happening. I like this game, I really do, but when other rules are being put in and these rules make the gameplay LITERALLY not fun to play at all, I have to give it a negative unless something changes, even an option to go by the board games rules would be an improvement and a rating change. Just because its a digital version doesn't mean you change the source rules/material when the source is already difficult enough.

There is several things wrong with this game, lack of seeing the end events (cards drawn, intruder bag development, noise roll when required, etc.). UI is a mess. No clear indication that something has happened to you (larva attaches to your board) at least until you know where to look. Unbalanced RNG. Etc. I could forgive ALL of that, but the game I had just played where something not even explained or in the rules of the source material happened and cost me the escape (when RNG was in my favor for once) makes me pissed enough to air it out cause there have been other small rule changes that shouldn't have happened but they have not affected me to the extent this did.
