Patch Notes 1.0.123 are now live!


We've noticed that every region after British Isles is a little easier than we intended and then on top of that the Overclocks are also giving players a much bigger power spike than we anticipated, so the changes below are focused on making the progression curve more gradual throughout each region and across the whole game.

Scandinavia

• Scandinavia Enemy Health increased by 10%.
  
• Scandinavia Boss Health increased by 12%.

Western Europe

• Western Europe Enemy Health increased by 30%.
  
• Western Europe Boss Health increased by 18%.
  
• Increased difficulty and frequency of enemy waves during Western Europe Boss fight.
  
• Fixed Western Europe Boss being a Ballistic class unit.
  
• Fixed Western Europe Boss Pylons not damaging nearby units once destroyed.
  
• Airships delay before it starts shooting has been increased from 5 to 6 seconds.

New Germany

• New Germany Enemy Health increased by 30%.
  
• New Germany Boss Health increased by 20% and Armor increased from 25%.

Overclocks

• Gold Tipped Rounds damage per 100 coins has been reduced from 10% to 2%.

Command Centre

• Reduced cost of Module Salvaging Advancement from 5 to 3.

• Fixed a bug where the game could display in a portrait aspect ratio on some displays or handheld devices.
  
• Fixed issues with screen resolution not updating correctly when switching monitors or restoring settings to defaults.
  
• Fixed issues with localised text overrunning in parts of the UI.
  
• Updated some text in game based on localisation feedback, predominantly shortening text where possible across the board and making it more consistent across the game.

New intel just dropped regarding the creation of the Western Europe and New Germany regions along with the Western Europe boss. We hope you enjoy!

Today we’re examining the Leadslug, a Ballistic-Class Mech manufactured by Sebika Ballistics. Its devastating shotguns unleash a ferocious spread of piercing rounds, causing destruction to anything in its path.

The Leadslug has consistent stats across the board with respectable movement speed, health, and standard critical/weakness damage output. Its key drawback is it’s below-average weapon-range of two tiles, meaning this mech needs to get up close and personal to confront enemies.

It makes up for this with a high fire rate, ensuring that once you engage, you’ll be spraying Axis units with hail of bullets from its dual shotguns and extinguishing them quickly.

As a solid all-round unit, the Leadslug has flexible options for ability pairings. However we do have some preferences within the three provided by your starting pilots:

• Archie Miller - Mech Jet: this is a prime choice since the Leadslug only has a weapon range of two tiles. Being able to jump in to engage your enemies quickly helps overcome any vulnerability from being exposed to Axis units with longer range for too long.
  
  
• Emilia Rochefort - Mechano-Arm: another way to circumvent the Leadslug’s requirement to get close to enemies is with the Mechano-Arm to help it tank incoming damage. This is a great choice which enables the mech to play a bruiser-style role on the squad and relieve pressure from your other units.
  
  
• Jan Novak - Deploy Mines: these are our third choice from the starting lineup. With a respectable movement speed, the Leadslug can get around the map well enough to drop mines in prime locations. However, these do less than the other two abilities to make up for the mech’s key weakness.

Overall, the Leadslug is an impressive staple of the squad and is sure to output plenty of damage. If you can keep it repaired or armoured-up throughout a run, it’s sure to pay you back by obliterating your foes. Stay tuned for more intel on the remaining mech models!

The Grit and Valor – 1949 Team

Greetings, Commanders!

It’s time to meet Clusterstorm, another Explosive Class mech! This absolute unit fires repeated cluster bombs which raze sections of the battlefield, leaving enemy units nowhere to flee. Use it to thin out entire wave of incoming foes for your other mechs to pick off at their leisure.

The Clusterstorm boasts a reliable spread of stats. Dealing 20 base damage per rocket raises the ceiling of each volley it fires. Complimented by a weapon range of 3 tiles, makes this perfect for dealing damage across entire squads of enemies.

With a base health stat of 500, the Clusterstorm can be vulnerable compared to tankier units. Make sure to either get in first with enough firepower to wipe out anything that attacks it quickly or use other mechs to bear the brunt of the damage.

A high base movement speed of 20 leaves the Clusterstorm surprisingly agile with the ability to reposition and make up for it’s lower health rating. If you ever need split the squad, it can quickly move across the map to support your remaining units where needed.

Paired with the right ability, the Clusterstorm can be made even more effective in combat. Here some considerations for using it with the three abilities provided by your starting pilots:

Archie Miller - Mech Jet: Double down on the Clusterstorm’s high rate of movement by allowing it to travel even faster with this jump ability. Doing so means you can cover ground faster than any other unit, to defend or capture objectives, gather air-dropped enhancements, and quickly return to the fight.

Jan Novak - Deploy Mines: Being able to move quickly by default also makes the mines an interesting option. Allow your slower mechs to hold down the fort while sending out the Clusterstorm to strategic positions to place mines.

Emilia Rochefort - Mechano-arm: To make up for the Clusterstorms key weakness (low health), you can give it this self-healing ability to make a more well-rounded unit. Allowing this mech to sustain additional damage will give it enough time to deal damage and defeat most enemies.

The Clusterstorm is an asset to any squad with its wide range of applications and ability to pair well with any given pilot. It comes with some additional pressure to protect another unit beyond just the Command Vehicle, but if you take of it, the Clusterstorm will take care of you back with efficiency in clearing out enemies. Introducing the Warbringer, an Explosive Class mech designed for maximum impact. Manufactured by Warhead, this heavy-duty powerhouse comes equipped with dual launchers, allowing it to strike multiple enemies simultaneously. Whether bombarding enemy squads or softening up fortified positions, the Warbringer ensures no target is safe from its devastating firepower.

The Warbringer is a force to be reckoned with in any battle, thanks to its high Fire Rate and ability to deal sustained damage across multiple targets. While its Damage per shot is modest, its rapid Fire Rate ensures it can consistently lay down heavy fire over a wide area, overwhelming your enemies and supporting the squad.

The Warbringer can take considerable damage before going down, though it relies on your positioning and support to endure. Movement Speed is moderate, making it less nimble than faster mechs but still capable of staying in combat without being too slow.

Its Weapon Range allows it to engage most threats at medium distances while remaining out of range from many close-combat enemies. Its rapid fire rate ensures plenty of opportunities for consistent damage output.

With the right ability pairings, the warbringer can turn it into a relentless force on the battlefield.

Archie Miller - Mech Jet: The Warbringer's moderate speed means it can struggle to reposition quickly. The Mech Jet ability allows it to traverse the battlefield with ease, getting into better firing positions or escaping overwhelming encounters. This can be especially useful when taking advantage of the High Ground Damage bonus, letting it reach elevated terrain for maximum impact.

Jan Novak - Deploy Mines: Since the Warbringer's rapid firepower can lock down areas, Deploy Mines provides an excellent defensive tool to complement its offensive capabilities. Place mines ensuresenemies take additional damage while trying to evade its barrage.

Emilia Rochefort - Mechano-arm: The Mechano-arm provides much-needed health regeneration, allowing it to remain in combat longer and sustain its relentless firepower without requiring frequent retreats.

With the right strategy, the Warbringer becomes an unstoppable force, raining down destruction on multiple enemies at once. Its high fire rate and area control make it a formidable asset in any squad, especially when paired with abilities that enhance its positioning, survivability, and battlefield dominance. Today’s briefing covers the Steelhawk, a precision-focused Ballistic Class mech designed for long-range eliminations. Manufactured by Sebika Ballistics, this mech wields a colossal sniper rifle capable of striking your targets from extreme distances. With an increased chance to deal critical hits, the Steelhawk is the perfect choice for those who favour high-impact, calculated shots over sustained fire.


The Steelhawk is a precision powerhouse, built for long-range combat and high-damage critical hits. As a Ballistic Class mech, it specializes in single, devastating shots rather than rapid-fire engagements. With a long Weapon Range, it can strike enemies from afar, making it ideal for picking off key targets before they can retaliate.

Its increased Critical Chance sets it apart, giving it a much higher probability of landing devastating critical hits. However, with moderate Health, the Steelhawk isn’t built for direct engagements. Its low Fire Rate means every shot must count, as it lacks the sustained output of other mechs.
