I combined 3 gems with the chalice but I can't combine the green one, the option to combine them doesn't appear, I click the chalice and there is no option to combine, I click the green gem and also there is no option to combine.

The question I am about to ask will be a spoiler for those who have not completed the game yet so I will write it in spoiler mode. In the Paradise room, there are four boxes, but only one box requires an item that can ONLY be used (i.e. the green gem). Both the book and carrot are already placed (the book on the cabinet and the carrot on Susan's plate) and cannot be removed.
