You say that you found all the clues in the office, but I assume that you also kept exchanging a couple essential information with Poirot by phone, because in fact neither of the two characters can really get to the end of their research without the information found by the other one, and neither of them will be allowed to leave until they have found everything they both need for the rest of the game.
You mention the drawer, so I suppose you were able to open it thanks to the photo of the magnets on the fridge, sent by Poirot, which gives the solution to the little Tower of Babel, so I think you did indeed communicate with Poirot.
Their joint search ends after Ms Locke sends Poirot the drawing she revealed with a pencil on the notepad found in the drawer, which allows Poirot to open the safe behind the darts target at Mr Wadi's appartment.
Ms Locke then leaves the office, accompanied by the lady with glasses and a bun (Celeste, the clerk), and meets Poirot.
