Elements of Horror

Are there any screamers or loud noises in Ib? It's just that the game itself is considered a classic in JRPGs, and I'm scared to death of even a non-scary screemer.
I haven't watched the walkthroughs on YouTube yet....

I don't know why people are saying there's no jumpscares in this. There are. They're not fullscreen obnoxious jumpscares like many games do in a cheap way, but there are a few moments in the game where something will purposely surprise/scare you.
