Genuinely unique setting and a cool aesthetic, imagine "No Players Online" on steroids as a premise. Solid voice acting and so on. Strange execution with gameplay, i.e. being an apparent spin on a quake 3-like (at least with it's cool story) but without particularly fast movement, and weapons that for some reason all have high-recoil and aren't particularly satisfying, at least to me, which makes it less fun IMO. I don't know if that was on purpose due to the game's themes, though. Perhaps its because it focuses more on in-universe espionage and world exploration? The exploration is certainly where the game shines. I really can't stress how cool the idea is. HOWEVER, I CANNOT RECOMMEND THE GAME DUE TO SEEMINGLY MAKING USE OF AI-GENERATED IMAGES, hence the thumbs-down. It really hurts to do that as there's so much passion and effort on display from some clearly talented and imaginative people, but we need to make a point to stomp out use of AI-generated images wherever they appear. If they are replaced or my accusation is disproven, I will gladly change my rating! Maybe there was an artistic reason for it, meaning-wise. I am sorry to say that doesn't make it right. There should be an in-between rating as others have stated.
