Just started a playthrough in the game and it looked great I was running around 30fps and the graphics looked good up until the time skip. Again the graphics looked but but the clothing textures on characters in cutscenes looked off. At points the clothing textures would look almost if it's out of focus or with bad quality and the next second it looks fine a high quality texture.

Anyone know of any fix for this? I'm not sure if I need to enable a certain setting or what. Thank you!!!
