It's probably a rounding inaccuracy, but when I earn a score just on the borderline of two ranks (I managed to do this twice), the accuracy on global ranking is 0.01% lower than on my local list and also my results screen at the end of the song. This results in getting a lower rank on the global list with just 1/100 percent missing for the next one, which is really frustrating, even if rank means nothing.
