Load a bit earlier save game and focus on lowering her damage (hugs and taking her hand lowers damage too). Also always talk to her and try recovering her memories. There's one dangerous question (the day before the woman comes to take food I think) - you should not to take pity but force her to tell you about her past. If she tells you about her family - the next day you will stop her from killing the woman-food-thief.

i did force her to tell her past , and she told me about her family too. but she killed the food thief too =( why?

I have the same problem, I assume I have to get her to talk about the rogue android ("sneak attack target?" note) that tried to kill us early in the game but I have no idea how to trigger than convo

Maybe try to lower the damage value a little bit, I'm going to drop it below 60. I've failed 7 times before that.....
